"May 11, 2005 My name is Tammy. I am 40 years old and have multiple sclerosis. I was diagnosed when I was 25. I managed the disease very well with a good diet, exercise, and kept a positive attitude. For the first nine years with the disease, I was a competitive cyclist. It seemed that my healthy lifestyle was effective for keeping the MS in control. However, over the last three an a half years the disease became "chronic progressive". I have tried most all aggressive conventional and non-conventional treatments with no success.
